Chili sin carne with avocado
Chili sin carna with avocado instead of meat and kidney beans, onions, black beans, tomato and grated cheese.

Cut the onions into half rings. Put the beans in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and picadillo for 3 minutes. Add the tomato cubes.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Season with pepper and salt. Add the beans and heat for another 3 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the avocados in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Cut the flesh into slices.

Spoon the chili into the bowls. Spread 1 tbsp crème fraîche, the avocado and the cheese over each bowl. Serve with the tortilla chips.
