Brie filled tartars
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, potatoes, tart tarts, fresh parsley (chopped), fresh mint (finely chopped), brie (in 4 slices), onion (finely chopped), tomatoes (diced) and fresh spinach.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes for 10-15 min.

On medium heat until golden brown.

Cut the tarttails horizontally in half.

Scoop the parsley and fresh mint together and season with salt and pepper.

Place a slice of brie between each 2 tartar halves.

Sprinkle the brie with the parsley-mint mixture.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the tarttails on high heat in 8 min.

Brown on the outside and rosé on the inside.

Heat the onion in the wok and fruit on top of the onion.

Spoon the cubes of tomato and the spinach.

Turn off the heat as soon as the spinach begins to shrink.

Spoon the tomato spinach well and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with the stuffed tartars and the potatoes..
