Directions

  1. Mix corn with tomato, garlic, spring onions, coriander and lemon juice and set aside.
  2. Pour a layer of taco sauce into glasses. Divide a layer of guacamole and a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese over it and spread the corn salsa over it. Insert tortilla chips at the top.
