Ingredients
- 4 hare chop
- 4 rib chop
- 100 gram flour
- 2 egg beaten
- 150 gram bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon oregano minced meat
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 gram butter
- 400 gram borlotti beans
- 400 gram Brown bean leaked out
- 1 look tomato cubes
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- 2 laurel leaf
- 1 lemon in slices
- 75 gram arugula

Place the pork chops side by side. Cover them with cling film and slightly flatten the meat with the bottom of a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper.

First take the pork chops through the flour, then through the egg and then through breadcrumbs that are mixed with the oregano and Parmesan cheese. Press the breading layer a bit.

Heat the olive oil with the butter and fry the meat for 5-6 minutes per side.

Heat the beans with the tomato cubes on juice, garlic and bay leaves without cooking.

Serve the chops with slices of lemon, a pick of arugula and the borlotti beans.
