Potato-cabbage cookies with camembert


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion (chopped), olive oil, pointed cabbage (cut), mashed potatoes (chilled), tomatoes (in 12 thick slices), camembert ((cheese), in 12 slices), white wine vinegar, rucola salad mix , chicory (extracted), apple ((braeburn) and unpeeled and in parts).

Directions

  1. Fry onion in 1 tbsp oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  2. Add pointed cabbage and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. mix the potatoes with mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper and form flat biscuits from mixture 12.
  4. Preheat the oven grill.
  5. Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry potato cakes in 2 portions on both sides in 2-3 min.
  6. Remove pointed cabbage biscuits from the pan and place in a baking dish.
  7. Divide the tomato and camembert over biscuits, shake under grill and grill for 5 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, add 3 tbsp oil with vinegar and salt and pepper to taste until dressing.
  9. Mix in rucola salad with chicory, apple and dressing and serve with potato cakes..
