Potato-cabbage cookies with camembert
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion (chopped), olive oil, pointed cabbage (cut), mashed potatoes (chilled), tomatoes (in 12 thick slices), camembert ((cheese), in 12 slices), white wine vinegar, rucola salad mix , chicory (extracted), apple ((braeburn) and unpeeled and in parts).

Ingredients
- 1 onion shredded
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 300 g cabbage cut
- 550 g mashed potatoes chilled
- 3 tomatoes in 12 thick slices
- 125 g Camembert (cheese), in 12 slices
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 75 g arugula lettuce melange
- 2 shrubs chicory taken away
- 1 Apple (braeburn), unpeeled and in parts

Fry onion in 1 tbsp oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Add pointed cabbage and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

mix the potatoes with mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper and form flat biscuits from mixture 12.

Preheat the oven grill.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry potato cakes in 2 portions on both sides in 2-3 min.

Remove pointed cabbage biscuits from the pan and place in a baking dish.

Divide the tomato and camembert over biscuits, shake under grill and grill for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, add 3 tbsp oil with vinegar and salt and pepper to taste until dressing.

Mix in rucola salad with chicory, apple and dressing and serve with potato cakes..
