White-tuna steak with watermelon

Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan.

Cut the watermelon into slices and the flesh into cubes of 1 cm. Put in a bowl.

Remove the leaves from the sprigs of mint. Cut the leaves into strips and the olives into pieces and add.

Mix the oil with the melon salsa. Season with pepper and salt.

Drizzle the tuna steaks with the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill for 3 minutes on the barbecue or in the grill pan. Turn halfway.

Serve the tuna with the melon salsa.
