Mix the curry powder through the flour. Beat the eggs and add the milk.

Add this mixture in a stream to the flour and beat a smooth batter.

Scoop the carrot and the leek through it.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and put in batter batter. Fry them and turn them as the bottom golden brown and the top is almost dry. Bake the second side also golden brown. Keep them warm.

Clean the lemon. Grate 1 teaspoon of the peel and press the fruit.

Mix grate and juice through the mayonnaise and pour the parsley or chives through. Serve the mayonnaise with the three-in-the-pan.
