Directions

  1. Well the raisins in the rum or liqueur. Mix them through the mandarin oranges and scoop the fruit mixture into the dishes.
  2. Heat the oven grill. Divide the curds over the fruits and smooth them.
  3. Sprinkle the caster sugar over it so that the curd is completely covered with a sugar layer.
