Pierce the potatoes and place them in a circle on a microwave dish. Turn on 800 Watt in the microwave for about 6 minutes. Turn the potatoes over and cook for another 4-6 minutes at 800 Watt (depending on the size of the potatoes). Leave them covered just outside the microwave.

Meanwhile, grate half of the radishes and cut the other half into slices. Mix the cottage cheese with salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half of the spring onion, grated radish and garlic.

Cut the potatoes crosswise, press them slightly open and spread the curd spread over them. Put the slices of radish and the rest of the spring onions. Drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
