French zucchini dish from the oven with onion, thyme, rosemary garlic and oil. Perfect for a late summer day.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Cut the zucchini and onion into thin slices. Grease the oven dish and arrange the zucchini and onion in rows in rows.
  3. Cut the sprigs of rosemary and thyme into smaller pieces and place them between the vegetables.
  4. Slice the garlic. Divide the garlic and olives over the dish. Discuss the vegetables with the oil and lemon juice.
