Courgette stew with smoked salmon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes, courgettes, red peppers, liquid margarine, smoked salmon fillet (a 100 g) and milk.

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.

Wash the courgettes and cut them into pieces.

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Heat 2 margarine in frying pan and cook the courgettes for 5 minutes.

Add pepper and fry for 3 minutes.

Cut salmon into strips.

Drain potatoes.

Pound potatoes with mashed potatoes.

Add rest of margarine and milk.

Largest portion of zucchini, paprika and half of salmon create.

Season the stew with salt and pepper.

Garnish with the rest of salmon and zucchini..
