Directions

Do the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging and let it cool down afterwards.

Sprinkle the chicken for the kebab with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the ketjapmarinaded chicken.

Put wooden sticks in water to prevent burning during roasting.

Spoon the pepper, cucumber, tomato, spring onions and 2 tablespoons of olive oil through the couscous. Place in a deep plate or dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.

Thread the chicken on the skewer. Roast the chicken kebab in a frying pan or grill pan in the rest of the olive oil for about 12-15 minutes around golden brown and done.

Serve the chicken kebab sprinkled with onions at the couscous salad.
