Make the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Cut the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a spoon and then cut the cucumber into small cubes.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the spring onion into rings.

Mix everything together with the almonds, raisins and chopped coriander through the slightly cooled couscous.

Season the couscous salad with the grater of lemon, olive oil, cinnamon, freshly ground pepper and salt.
