A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, couscous, peas extra fine (frozen), chicken fillet fumé, mango cubes (a 260 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), Thousand Island dressing (100 g) and mild Indian curry paste.

Directions

  1. Prepare couscous according to instructions.
  2. Cook peas according to instructions.
  3. Smoked chicken into small cubes.
  4. Let Mango cubes drain.
  5. Spread lettuce and mango over four plates and sprinkle with dressing.
  6. Mix smoked chicken, peas and Indian curry paste by couscous.
  7. Squeeze couscous into a bowl and pour into plates..
