Carrots and chicken in oriental tomato sauce with noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, chicken fillet ((380 g), in pieces), onion (in thin half rings), green pepper (in strips), carrots (in quarter length), tomato ketchup, wok sauce ginger and garlic (bottle 200 ml) and Chinese (mie (250 g)).

Heat in a stirring oil and stir fry the chicken golden brown in about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add the pepper and stir-fry again for 2 minutes.

Add the carrots, the ketchup and the stir-fry sauce, cover the wok and stew the dish, stirring occasionally, until done in about 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Drain and spoon the noodles through the carrots and chicken into oriental sauce.

Serve the dish in 4 deep plates..
