Couscous with falafel in spicy sauce
Couscous with falafel, leeks, onion and cherry tomatoes in spicy sauce.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Wash and cut the leek in small rings and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and leek for 3 min.

Add the falafel and bake for 4 minutes. Remove the falafel from the pan.

Add the herb mix with the water and the tomato sauce to the onion and leek according to the instructions on the package.

Bring the sauce to the boil while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and push in the falafel. Cut the cherry tomatoes in four.

Spoon the cherry tomatoes through the couscous, season with salt and pepper and serve the falafel and the sauce.
