Couscous with shawarma
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil and lemons.

Couscous in about 6 minutes in boiling water, pour oil through and let stand. Heat in wok2 tbsp oil and stir fry meat for 8 minutes over a high heat.

After 5 minutes, cook pepper strips through meat and fry. Clean lemon, grate peel finely and squeeze lemon. Scoop 2 tbsp oil, lemon juice and grate, fresh mint and spring onions.

Season with salt and pepper. Divide couscoous over four plates and shovel shawarma on it.
