Couscous with vegetable burger and spinach
Vegetarian couscous with spinach, onions, cherry tomatoes and a vegetable burger.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onions and let the spinach drain.

Heat the oil and fry the onion in 8 min. Golden brown. Add the curry powder and fry briefly. Spoon the spinach through the onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables burgers. Halve the tomatoes. Mix the couscous with the spinach and tomato.

Season to taste with pepper and salt and serve with the vegetable burgers.
