Tilapia with baby potatoes and string beans


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, beans (400 g), liquid (casserole), baby potatoes (700 g), white sauce (25 g), semi-skimmed milk, coarse mustard, tilapia fillets (fish) and fresh dill (15 g) .

Directions

  1. Clean string beans and cut into windows.
  2. Prepare the beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cast off.
  4. Heat 3 tablespoons frying butter in frying pan and bake golden brown and cooked according to directions on the package.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare sauce with milk according to directions on packaging.
  6. Mix mustard.
  7. Rub in the paste with salt and pepper.
  8. Rest roast casserole in frying pan with non-stick coating and tilapia until brown and cooked through, 1-2 min.
  9. On each side.
  10. Dill finely.
  11. Mix the beans and potatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill.
  12. Distribute vegetable mixture over 4 plates.
  13. Add the fish, spread the mustard sauce over it and serve the rest of the sauce..
