Put raisins and couscous in the bowl, pour 1/2 liter of boiling water on them and leave to soak for about 5 minutes.

Cut chorizo into pieces. Peel and chop onion. Fry 2 minutes chorizo gently in woksca. 2 minutes. Put onion, peppers and green beans through and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Finely chop fresh mint and crumble goat's cheese.

Scoop couscous with raisins by vegetable mixture and heat gently stirring for about 4 minutes until green beans are tender. Put fresh mint through it. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon on four plates and sprinkle goat cheese over it.
