Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

Put the pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, buckwheat flour, salt, oil and water in a bowl and mix.

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Spread the mixture over the baking trays and spread evenly with the convex side of a spoon.

Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, linseed and hemp seed.

Bake for about 50 minutes in the oven. Cut the crackers into pieces after 25 minutes, put back in the oven and change the baking plates.
