Peel and chop the onion.

Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it.

Finely chop the herbs.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Wash the courgettes and scrape them with a spiral cutter or peeler in long julienne strings.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry wok-salting light brown (do it carefully, they quickly turn brown) and put them on a plate.

Heat the olive oil in the woks fruit the onion and garlic gently glassy.

Put in the zucchini strings and smother the zucchini in a maximum of six minutes on high heat al dente, scoop regularly.
