Directions

  1. Rinse the peas with boiling water.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of water with the stock cubes slightly firmer than al dente. Drain and put back in the pan.
  3. Add the cream, the peas and the spring onion and let it cook while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Scoop the plates and sprinkle with the strips of ham and the grated cheese.
