Creamy apple-pear sauce with cinnamon ice cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: apples, pears, sugar, finesse for enriching (jar of a 250 ml), ice cream (cinnamon (container a 1 liter)) and sugar pearls apple cinnamon (pot a 270 g).

Peel the apples and pears, remove the cores and cut them into pieces.

In microwave dish apples and pears covered with sugar 5 min.

Heating at full power (700 watts).

Intermediate 2 times in between.

Mix with pear blender pear-apple mixture.

Stir finesse through apple-pear sauce and spread over 4 deep plates.

Allow the sauce to cool slightly.

Fry currant ice cream in the center of each plate.

Garnish with sugar pearls..
