Goat cheese with figs in ports syrup
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: red port, brown bun sugar, fresh-up and goat cheese Betinne feuillette honey 45 (cheese control department).

Fry in port and boil sugar, stirring sugar with stirring. Wash figs, add to port and simmer for approx. 30 minutes. Remove figs from the pan and reduce the port mixture over a high heat for about 5 minutes. Let cool.

Heat up the goat's cheese according to the instructions and distribute it over four plates. Create figs next to it. Pour the syrup over and over it.
