Directions

  1. Heat the baking product and fry the onion for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, rosemary and garlic and stir fry approximately 3 minutes at a high setting.
  3. Add the crème fraîche and bring quickly to the boil.
  4. Let boil for a few minutes and bind with the butter.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente.
  6. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.
  7. Grease a frying pan and fry the meat on a high setting in 2 portions brown.
  8. Spoon the meat through the mushroom sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with the pasta.
  10. Tasty with broccoli.
