Heat the baking product and fry the onion for about 4 minutes.

Add the mushrooms, rosemary and garlic and stir fry approximately 3 minutes at a high setting.

Add the crème fraîche and bring quickly to the boil.

Let boil for a few minutes and bind with the butter.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

Grease a frying pan and fry the meat on a high setting in 2 portions brown.

Spoon the meat through the mushroom sauce and season with salt and pepper.
