Couscous with chicken, dates, honey, peppers and mixed wok vegetables

Cut chicken fillet into cubes and rub with salt, pepper and honey. Clean paprika and cut into strips. Heat in frying pan 3 tbsp oil and fry chicken breast all around brown and done. Pour 650 ml of boiling water on couscous and let it soak for about 6 minutes.

Stir-fry in wok3 el wok vegetables and paprika 5 min. Halveer dates. Add couscous and dates to vegetables and heat for a few minutes while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Divide couscous over four plates. Garnish with chicken.
