Salmon with basil and potatoes


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, baby potatoes, green beans (cleaned), broccoli (in florets and pieces), crème fraîche, fresh basil (15 g) and salmon nuts.

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan or frying pan and fry the baby potatoes in this light brown and cooked for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Mix the green beans with the broccoli and cook in 5-7 minutes until al dente.
  3. Grind the crème fraîche with the olive oil, the basil, salt and pepper finely with the hand blender or in the food processor.
