Salmon with basil and potatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, baby potatoes, green beans (cleaned), broccoli (in florets and pieces), crème fraîche, fresh basil (15 g) and salmon nuts.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan or frying pan and fry the baby potatoes in this light brown and cooked for 20-25 minutes.

Mix the green beans with the broccoli and cook in 5-7 minutes until al dente.

Grind the crème fraîche with the olive oil, the basil, salt and pepper finely with the hand blender or in the food processor.

Rub the salmon with salt, pepper and brush with oil.

Heat a grill pan or frying pan.

Gril or fry the salmon nuts in every 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve the salmon next to the vegetables, pour the basil sauce next to it.
