Creamy chicken soup with mushrooms
Creamy soup with onion, garlic, mushrooms, cooking cream, celery and chicken breast strips.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the water, the mix for chicken soup and cooking cream and bring to the boil. Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, finely chop the celery. Divide the soup over deep bowls and garnish with the celery and chicken breast strips.
