Creamy chicken soup with oyster mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, flour, chicken broth (pulled), oyster mushrooms, white pepper, smoked chicken fillet, egg (split (egg white is not used)), cook cream (package a 2 dl), nutmeg, lemon juice and fresh basil (a 15 g).

Melt half of butter in a soup pot and stir in flour.

Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Add half of the stock and bring to the boil while stirring until the soup is solid.

Add a dash of leftover stock.

Bring the soup to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean up oyster mushrooms and cut them into pieces.

Heat the rest of butter in frying pan and stir-fry oyster mushrooms over a high heat for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Remove oyster mushrooms from the pan and keep warm in aluminum foil.

Chicken fillet in thin slices and then cut into strips.

In the bowl, whip egg yolk with cook cream.

Stir in some spoons of hot soup and add to the soup while stirring.

Keep stirring until soup is velvety tied, do not let it boil! Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.

Cut the basil into strips.

Chicken soup in four bowls.
