Creamy fillet patties
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato croquettes (600 g, frozen), green beans, lean bacon strips (a 250 g), olive oil, pork fillets à la minute (approx. 300 g), paprika powder and cream sauce (300 g).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Fry the potato croquettes in approximately 20 minutes brown according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and boil the green beans in approx. 8 min. Until al dente. Fry the bacon strips in a frying pan without oil or butter in approx. 6 min. Until crispy. Pour the green beans, add to the bacon strips and fry for 1 more minute.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the meat with the paprika powder, salt and pepper and fry in approx. 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Heat the cream sauce in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Divide the meat over 4 plates. Pour in the sauce and serve with green beans and potato croquettes.
