Creamy lemon spaghetti
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, lemon, crème fraîche, spicy cheese (grated), black olives, fresh chives ((15 g) and chopped).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, clean the lemon peel, grate it very finely and then press the fruit out.

Mix the lemon zest and juice with the crème fraîche and cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Stir 1 tablespoon of cooking liquid through the lemon sauce and drain the spaghetti.

Stir the lemon sauce with the olives through the drained pasta and heat everything in the pan.

Divide the pasta over four plates, sprinkle the plates well with chives and serve immediately.
