Directions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. In the meantime, cut the onion in half rings and halve the asparagus tips.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the onion and asparagus tips 2 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time.
  4. Add the mix for creamy tagliatelle and the water. Cook gently for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the chicken strips. Spoon the tagliatelle through the sauce, sprinkle with the pine nuts and serve.
