Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. In the meantime, cut the onion in half rings and halve the asparagus tips.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the onion and asparagus tips 2 minutes on medium heat.

Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time.

Add the mix for creamy tagliatelle and the water. Cook gently for 3 minutes.

Stir in the chicken strips. Spoon the tagliatelle through the sauce, sprinkle with the pine nuts and serve.
