A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, watercress, butter, potato (diced), garlic (squeezed), cucumber (diced), dry sherry, crème fraîche (at room temperature), chicken broth (from tablet) and smoked chicken fillet (in thin slices).

Directions

  1. Toss crude stems from watercress, keep a little watercress separate for garnishing.
  2. Melt butter in (soup) pan.
  3. Potato and garlic gently fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add watercress and cucumber and fry for 1 min.
  5. Quenching with sherry.
  6. Add cream and melt.
  7. Brothe the broth and bring it to the boil.
  8. Cook the soup covered for 15 minutes on low heat.
  9. Take a pan of heat and puree soup with hand blender.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Distribute soup over four deep plates.
  12. Fill the chicken fillet with a few teaspoons into soup..
