Directions

  1. Grind the tortilla chips in the food processor and transfer the crumb into a deep plate.
  2. Also transfer the flour into a deep plate and beat the eggs in a third deep plate.
  3. Sprinkle the pieces of chicken with salt and pepper and pass them through the flour.
  4. Shake off the excess flour and then roll each piece first through the beaten egg and then through the tortilla chips.
  5. Press the crumb well, the pieces of chicken should be covered all around with a layer of the tortilla chips crumb.
  6. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan until a slight steam comes out and fry the pieces of chicken with 4 in 8 minutes golden brown and cooked, turn them halfway through the baking time.
  7. Let the fried chicken drain on kitchen paper.
  8. Tasty with coleslaw and boiled potatoes.
