Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Cut the potatoes into slices and the slices into french fries. Divide them over half of a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil.
-
Sprinkle with turmeric and salt to taste.
-
Peel the celeriac and cut into slices. Cut the slices into French fries. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
-
Spread the celeriac-fries and peppers over the rest of the baking sheet, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the paprika powder.
-
Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway.
-
Grind the All bran flakes with the hand blender into coarse crumbs or roll over it with a rolling pin. Spoon the crumbs onto a plate.
-
Cut the cod into 4 equal pieces, pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste. Beat the egg.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. First get the fish through the egg and then through the All bran flakes.
