Crispy fish with yellow and red fries

A tasty recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: fish, traditional olive oil, All-bran flakes breakfast cereals, deep-frozen cod fillet (thawed) and medium-sized egg.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into slices and the slices into french fries. Divide them over half of a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil.
  3. Sprinkle with turmeric and salt to taste.
  4. Peel the celeriac and cut into slices. Cut the slices into French fries. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  5. Spread the celeriac-fries and peppers over the rest of the baking sheet, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the paprika powder.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway.
  7. Grind the All bran flakes with the hand blender into coarse crumbs or roll over it with a rolling pin. Spoon the crumbs onto a plate.
  8. Cut the cod into 4 equal pieces, pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste. Beat the egg.
  9. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. First get the fish through the egg and then through the All bran flakes.
  10. Fry the fish in 6 min. Over medium heat. Turn halfway. Divide the fish over the plates and serve with the fries.
