Croissant toast with madagascar duck
A tasty French recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, croissants, rucolacress, cognac or vieux (liquorice), liquid (honey), crème fraîche, tomato puree, green peppercorns and smoked duck breast slices (about 125 g).

Cut Croissants each into four oblique slices.

Cut rucolacress from bed.

Stir in small saucepan cognac with honey to about 1 tablespoon.

Creme fraiche, honey-cognac, tomato paste and peppercorns stir together.

Season with salt.

Spread the croissant slices in a toaster until they are crispy, lightly browned.

Spread Rucolacress and slices of duck breast over it.

Create pepper sauce.

Serve immediately..
