Krupuk with prawns
A nice Chinese recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, pink shrimp, egg (split), cornstarch, dry sherry, soy sauce (light), stir-fry oil, spring onions (in thin rings), fresh ginger root (grated), prawn crackers, fresh chives ((a 20 g) and in pieces of 1 cm).

Finely chop prawns and mix in a bowl with 2 tbsp egg whites (rest is not used), cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry and ginger for 2 minutes.

Mix in the shrimp mixture and bake it for 2 minutes, let it evaporate.

Make a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on each piece of crackers.

Scale and sprinkle with chives..
