Preheat the oven grill. Brush the baguette with the olive oil and grill on both sides until crispy under the grill.

Meanwhile grind the broad beans with the garlic, mint, lemon zest and juice in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the broad bean paste over the baguette, lay the slices of ham on top and spread the mozzarella over it. Drizzle with extra olive oil, coarse (sea) salt and pepper.
