Sauerkraut on pastrami sandwich
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, multigrain triangle rolls, sour apple ((eg Granny Smith), peeled), olive oil, red onion (in rings), pastrami (meat products), ground cumin, cooked wine sauerkraut ((250 g) and drained).

Heat up the grill pan.

Cut open rolls and cut edges in grill pan until they are crispy brown.

Cut the apple into 12 parts and wrap them in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp oil.

Take buns from grill pan and roast apple and onion brown.

In frying pan with non-stick coating, pastrami slices quickly and again.

Remove from pan on hot plate.

Heat the remainder of oil in frying pan and fry cumin for a while, until odor is released.

Add sauerkraut and preheat the heating.

3 Spread the sauerkraut on buns and distribute pastrami.

Place apple and onion rings on them.

Serve immediately..
