Additional requirements: 4 bamboo tapas skewers, juicer, blender, 4 large tall glasses.

Peel the bananas and cut a banana into slices.

Place the slices on a plate and put the plate in the freezer for 60 minutes.

Peel the kiwi with a peeler and cut the kiwi lengthwise into four parts.

Cut the parts in half.

Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.

Peel the other banana and cut it into 8 pieces.

Stick a piece of banana to each skewer, a piece of kiwi, a strawberry, a piece of kiwi and a piece of banana.

Place the oranges on a shelf, cut them in half and press them on the citrus press.

Peel the mango with a peeler and cut the flesh into slices of the kernel.

Cut the slices into pieces.

Put the mango and the frozen slices of banana in the blender.

Add the orange juice.

Put the lid on the blender.

Switch the blender on to the highest setting.

Mix everything for 1-2 minutes into a frothy smoothie.

Pour the smoothie into the glasses and put a fruit skewer in each glass.
