Crostini with serrano ham and tomato

Cut about 200 grams thin slices of the ham.

Cut the unbaked French bread diagonally into thin slices and roast them in a hot grill pan or on the barbecue until they have nice brown stripes. Allow this crostini to cool slightly.

Cut the tomatoes in four and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into tiny cubes and mix with oregano, freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Brush the crostini with goat's cheese cream and spread generously with serrano ham. Put here tomatoes on.
