Crostini's with tuna tapenade
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, baguette, garlic, olive oil, spring onions, black olives without pit (250 ml), capers, tuna pieces in water (a 80 g) and anchovy fillets (tin a ca. 50 g).

Preheat the grill.

Cut the loaf of bread into slices.

Squeeze garlic clove, mix with 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with baguette.

Cut the forest onions into rings.

Drain the olives, capers and tuna and mash them together with anchovies and the rest of the oil in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Brush the spring onion with tapenade.

Baguette roasted under grill for 2 minutes in a golden brown (= crostinis).

Tapenade to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving tapenade on crostinis..
