Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
-
Split the eggs (protein is not used). Stir in a bowl the butter with the sugar until smooth.
-
Add the flour, egg yolks and cold water. Knead until a smooth dough.
-
In a different bowl, rub the flour with the oatmeal, sugar, butter and the frying spice with fingertips until the dough resembles crumbs.
-
Peel and cut the apples into quarters. Remove the core and cut the parts into pieces. Cut the plums in four.
-
Spoon the apples, plums, berries and custard powder carefully into a bowl.
-
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a round, thin piece of 30 cm. Grease the cake tin and cover with the dough.
-
Divide the apple mixture over it. Sprinkle the crumble dough over the filling.
-
Put the cake in the middle of the oven and bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown and done.
