Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
-
Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the flesh into cubes.
-
Put the self-raising flour in a large bowl and add the curd cheese, sugar, salt and spices. Knead into a cohesive dough.
-
The dough seems to be too dry at first, but after a while it becomes smoother. Then knead the pieces of apple, the apricot stones, date blocks and almonds.
-
Form a ball from the dough and place on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Smooth the dough with wet hands.
-
Fry the curd cheese brown in about 1 hour and cook in the middle of the oven. Cover with aluminum foil if the bread gets too dark. Cool in 2 hours.
