Crunchy mini tortillas with goat's cheese and avocado


As a snack or on the lunch table: tortillas with goat cheese, avocado, chard, sesame seeds and cumin.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Mix the oil with the cumin, pepper and possibly salt and brush the wraps on one side.
  3. Cut the wraps into the middle. Fold them into horns and push them upwards into the cavity mold cavities.
  4. Bake in the center of the oven in approx. 10 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 3 minutes on medium heat. Scoop out of the pan on a plate and let cool.
  6. Meanwhile, halve the avocado and remove the kernel. Spoon the flesh out of the shell into a bowl.
  7. Clean the lime. Grate the green skin of the lime and press out half. Add the rasp and juice to the avocado and puree. Season with pepper and salt.
  8. Place a few leaves of chard and a scoop of avocado puree in each tortilla dish. Divide the goat's cheese over it and garnish with the sesame seed. Yummy! .
