Crunchy mini tortillas with goat's cheese and avocado
As a snack or on the lunch table: tortillas with goat cheese, avocado, chard, sesame seeds and cumin.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Mix the oil with the cumin, pepper and possibly salt and brush the wraps on one side.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 3 minutes on medium heat. Scoop out of the pan on a plate and let cool.

Meanwhile, halve the avocado and remove the kernel. Spoon the flesh out of the shell into a bowl.

Place a few leaves of chard and a scoop of avocado puree in each tortilla dish. Divide the goat's cheese over it and garnish with the sesame seed. Yummy! .
