Crunchy salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: iceberg lettuce (200 g), carrot julienne (150 g), red peppers (in pieces), corn granules (300 g), lamb's lettuce (75 g), mayonnaise, lemon (scrubbed), peppadew peppers ( (pot 420 g) and finely chopped).

Spread the iceberg lettuce, carrot, bell pepper, corn and lamb's lettuce in layers over the cups or glasses.

Put the mayonnaise in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above and then squeeze out the fruit. Add 2 tbsp juice to the mayonnaise. Mix with the peppadews and 2 cubits of liquid from the pot. Divide the dressing just before serving over the cups or glasses.
