Spooky couscous salad
Halloween salad with couscous, lemon mayonnaise, carrot, beet, cheese, parsley, carrots and almonds.

Put the couscous in a large bowl and mix in the al-Andalus and the salt.

Pour over the boiling water, stir once and leave for 10 minutes. Stir with a fork.

First mix the lemon mayonnaise and then the carrots, beetroot and salad cubes through the couscous.

Slice the parsley and add. Squeeze the lemon and add 2 tablespoons juice (per 8 people, and possibly more to taste).

Cut the roots in the form of fingers. Make a cross seam at the top and insert an almond as a nail into it.

Put the fingers in the couscous salad and serve.
