                                Wash cucumbers and cut off ends.
- 
                                Cut cucumbers in half lengthways and scrape out seed tables with teaspoon.
- 
                                Cut each half into 5 pieces and cut them into sticks.
- 
                                Heat in wok oil.
- 
                                Cucumber sticks 3-4 min.
- 
                                Stir-fry.
- 
                                Pepper last minute.
- 
                                Add lime juice, sesame oil and fish sauce to taste.
- 
                                Return the cucumber to a warm serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds..
