Cucumber from the wok
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumbers, oil, red pepper (finely chopped), lime (pressed), sesame oil, Thai fish sauce and roasted sesame seeds.

Wash cucumbers and cut off ends.

Cut cucumbers in half lengthways and scrape out seed tables with teaspoon.

Cut each half into 5 pieces and cut them into sticks.

Heat in wok oil.

Cucumber sticks 3-4 min.

Stir-fry.

Pepper last minute.

Add lime juice, sesame oil and fish sauce to taste.

Return the cucumber to a warm serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds..
