A nice South African recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: arugula (lettuce, a 75 g), extra virgin olive oil, pears (eg South African forelle or packham) and Pecorino (cheese).

Directions

  1. Put the arugula in a salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  3. Wash the pears.
  4. Halve them, remove the cores and cut them into thin parts.
  5. Carefully scoop through the lettuce.
